Feeling Better
Wow, it has been a while. I have to look around and try to remember how to blog and everything.
I feel a lot better since the accident. I am pretty much back to normal. Can touch my toes and everything.
This weekend we planted some new trees around our house. We put a peach tree in the front and two cherry trees in the back. Sadly my neighbor from across the street just torn down his cherry trees. I might need to put a third one in that would act as a pollinator for the two I just planted.
I have also been working in the garden. Planted a couple rows of peas, some tomatoes, broccoli, red onions and some flowers for the front of our house. Now I hope they will survive, we had a spring snow storm hit us yesterday.
This Saturday is the Salt Lake Marathon. I am not running this year, and this was before I got injured. I had planned to ride my bike in the bike tour that rides the course before they start the race. I have volunteered to be a bike course marshall - which means I ride along and if I see anyone stopped at the side of the road with a problem, I stop and help. It should be fun.
After the bike ride, I promised my kids that we would go hiking. There are a lot of little valleys around Centerville, and I would like to go explore them and see what trails are around. I hope it warms up for the weekend and the snow melts away. It might be a muddy hike.

Gardens, fruit, bike rides, hiking with the kids...sounds like paradise.
